With 32 certified teachers and 387 students, Eufaula High School keeps the high scholastic standard and high student expectations that have been the foundation of EHS.
Currently Eufaula High School is home to students attending classes in grades 9 - 12.
The addition of a high school annex opened classrooms space for a growing district. The additional space allowed all freshmen students to attend classes at the high school site.
EHS curriculum focuses on basic skills, decision-making, critical thinking and exploration. It allows students to learn to organize their world and make progress toward personal independence.
Eufaula High School is accredited by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and the Oklahoma State Department of Education.

How do I report an absence? Please call the school, 918-689-2556, by 8:30 a.m. to report your child's absence.
How do I report a possible danger at school? You may call any of the site principals or the superintendent of schools. Unless the threat is immediate, the Safety Program is also available for reporting safety concerns.
What is the school policy on visitors to the school? Safety dictates that all visitors must report to the main office. No student will be released directly from the classroom. Office personnel will contact the classroom teacher for the student to report to the office. Parents must sign their child(ren) in and out during regular school hours. There are to be No Student Visitors in the school.
What are the school's disaster drill procedures? Your child's safety is our primary concern. Our school policy and State law mandate periodic practice fire and tornado drills. We also have procedures in place for a lock down, if necessary. When there is a lock down situation, whether a drill or not, no one will be allowed into the building until the lock down is cancelled.
What are the school hours? The school day begins at 8:10 AM and ends at 3:05 PM. The senior high lunch period is from 11:50 - 12:30 PM
What is the school's policy on tardiness? The first bell rings at 8:10, and school begins promptly at 8:15 a.m. If your child arrives after that time, he/she is considered tardy and must check in at the attendance office before reporting to his/her classroom. A student is only allowed three excused tardy per semester.
What is the morning classroom routine? Teachers are expected to greet each child as he/she enters the classroom each morning in order to set up a welcoming and positive classroom environment for the day. Each child deserves to be greeted in the same manner and have the teacher's full attention and assistance to get settled in for a successful school day of learning. This is not an appropriate time to conference with the teacher. Please email the teacher from their teacher contact page to set up a time for a conference with the teacher.
How do I contact my child's teacher? Faculty members may be emailed from their web page You may also call the main office, 689-2556 and leave a message for the teacher to return your call. After regular work hours, you may call the same number and follow the directions to leave a voicemail. Teacher plan times are another good time to contact the teacher.
How do I notify my child of a change in transportation home? In the event that you must o let your child know that he/she needs to go home a different way, please call the office before 3:00.
What if my child gets sick at school? Parents of students with a temperature over 100º will be contacted and asked to pick up their child. Be sure to have current contact information on file with the school office. Children need to be fever-free for 24 hours before returning to school.
What is the school's policy on field trips/permission slips? A permission slip must be signed and returned or the student will not be permitted to go on the trip. No last minute phone calls to parents will be made.
